The Green Team |
The District's environmental Green Team Committee was formed in the 2009-2010 school year to track environmental initiatives in the District, as well as encourage student and faculty efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle and consider new environmental programs for our facilities.

"Be Seen Going Green" |
"Be Seen Going Green" is the slogan that has been adopted by the District 31 Green Team in the 2009-2010 school year for environmental efforts in the schools. The goal of the new effort is to emphasize how important it is for individuals to set an example for others in caring for our environment.
In the 2009-2010 school year, the Green Team sponsored the Family Green Goals Initiative (pdf flyer). |
