Kindergarten Enrichment Program
The Champions staff works with the Winkelman kindergarten teachers to coordinate lessons to enrich and supplement what the children are learning in their regular classes. The intent of the program is to extend the children's learning experiences, not to teach new or advanced concepts. The program allows for recreational play, as well as exploration in art, dramatic play, science, problem solving, language literacy and more. Students will work with the teacher in small groups to reinforce literacy skills and concepts for the themes of the month.

Winkelman School is collaborating with Champions during the school year to offer an optional tuition-based, half-day kindergarten enrichment program for students in addition to the Winkelman half-day kindergarten program. The program is flexible and allows parents to enroll their children every school day or certain days of the week.
