Care Solace

West Northfield School District 31’s Partners with Care Solace for Mental Health Resources
The Care Solace service is available at no cost to West Northfield School District 31 students, staff, and their families

In November, 2022, West Northfield School District 31 partnered with Care Solace, a mental health care organization, to expand access to community mental health and substance use treatment providers for students, staff, and their families. Care Solace provides a Care Companion team to quickly find available providers in the community. Care Solace also equips districts with a customized online tool that gives community members a way to anonymously search for community-based providers matched to their needs.

The District uses Care Solace to support its mission to empower every student and to support the District's strategic plan goals. Care Solace provides families and staff access to a dedicated Care Companion to navigate the mental health care system on their behalf, calling providers to find the right fit and availability. They help families with private insurance, Medicaid, and no insurance, and are available 24/7/365 in any language.

The Care Solace service is available at no cost to West Northfield School District 31 students, staff, and their families. For more information about Care Solace, please visit www.caresolace.org. Get connected to care today at 888-515-0595 or at www.caresolace.com/district31.
