Who: This presentation is appropriate for parents/guardians of students who receive special education services and are planning to attend District 225 for the 2025-26 school year.
This presentation will review what to expect at your child’s articulation meeting to support their transition to high school. We will also review the continuum of services in District 225,supports within the general education setting, and transition planning.
