Note Your Feelings: A CATCH Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Message from our community partner, CATCH:

From December 1st to 19th, Northbrook and Glenview 6th-12th-grade students will have the opportunity to participate in the Note Your Feelings campaign. Your student will be asked to share how they are feeling or leave a note of encouragement for others on Post-Its, which will then be displayed within their school building. This campaign helps students understand that naming their feelings can make it easier to handle them and can help build a kinder community by reading what others share. Families can participate in this campaign at the Northbrook and Glenview public libraries.
