Turkey Giveaway Hosted by Commissioners Kevin Morrison, Maggie Trevor, CountyCare Health Plan, and Foodsmart

Join CountyCare Health Plan, Foodsmart, and Cook County Commissioners Kevin B. Morrison and Maggie Trevor for a turkey dinner giveaway on Monday, November 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Holmes Junior High (1900 W Lonnquist Blvd, Mount Prospect, IL 60056).

• The meal includes one 10-12lb turkey and three family-sized frozen sides (Candied Yams, Southern Green Beans, and Balsamic & Parmesan Crusted Brussel Sprouts).
• Limit one meal per family.
• There are 200 meal reservations for this event.
• You will receive a follow-up e-mail with meal pick-up instructions prior to the event.
• There will also be 200 meals available the day of the event for distribution on a first-come first-served basis.
