LAST DAY OF SCHOOL IS FRIDAY, JUNE 6, 2025. 
STUDENTS WILL BE RELEASED AT 12:30 PM

A Week Full of Transitions!
It was a fantastic week at Winkelman! Our 5th graders got a sneak peek at their future as Field Tigers with a visit to the middle school, including a tour and a chance to learn all about life there next year. Our Little Wildcats (pre-kindergarten students) also got their first look at what it will be like to be a kindergarten student!

Celebrating Our Alumni
This week, Winkelman staff and students had the pleasure of cheering on our high school alumni who are heading off to college, and our 8th graders as they prepare for high school. It was wonderful to see them walk through our halls! We are incredibly proud of all our alumni and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.

Get Ready for Summer!
Can you believe it? Summer break is almost here! We're just four and a half school days away. Time truly flies when you're having fun!

Below you'll find the schedule for our final week, along with some important reminders.

Winkelman News and Updates

Lost and Found
Our lost and found piles are growing (see picture below).  If your student is missing sweaters, coats, gloves, hats, shoes, glasses, water bottles, lunch boxes, etc.... please check the lost and found.  It is now located in the front foyer of Winkelman.  It will be open to families on school days from 3 PM to 6 PM until Friday, June 6th. Any items left after June 6th will be donated to a local charity. 

Medication Pickup
As this school year comes to a close, please have an adult pick up your student’s daily or ‘as needed’ medications (allergies, asthma, pain relievers, etc) before the end of the day June 6, 2025 at your school health office. Student medication cannot be kept at school over the summer. All medication that is not picked will be disposed of after the last day of school.

Registration is now open for all grades Early Childhood through 5th grade.
