Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences
Dear District 31 Community,
Fall Parent-Teacher conferences will take place virtually via Zoom (with a call-in option) on Thursday, October 15 and Monday, October 19. Parent-Teacher conferences are an important part of the partnership between school and home. Parents can register for conferences beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, October 5. There is a limit of one time slot PER CLASS.
On the day of conferences, principals will send an email to families that includes the link/phone number for each teacher. At your appointment time, you should enter the Zoom waiting room. Your teacher will admit you to the conference, thus ensuring privacy for each student. We ask that you help us by keeping to your allotted time. If you prefer, you can use the provided phone number to have an audio only conference with the teacher.
Sign Up Information
Parents will sign-up for conferences using Skyward (the same system used for self-certification, checking the gradebook, etc) beginning October 5.
The link for Skyward Family Access can be found on our district website at: www.district31.net.

Please feel free to contact the school if you have any questions about conference registration. Due to all that is required to adequately prepare for conferences, we require conference sign ups be made at least 24 hours prior to your requested conference date.
