Student Vaccine Cards, Summer Meal Program, Vaccine Opportunities, Parent Education Presentation, Ed Foundation Info, Registration, and Upcoming Events

May 27, 2021

Dear District 31 Community,

As we approach our last week of school, I think back to our first week of school.  While one of the most atypical years filled with constant twists, there is so much cause for celebration. Our students, families and staff have accomplished extraordinary things over the last ten months. Let’s celebrate a job well done! And of course...let’s celebrate our 8th grade students who will be graduating in-person on June 3 at GBN with their loved ones watching!

Sharing Student Vaccine Cards
As students begin to receive their second shot of the Pfizer vaccine, we ask parents send a picture of the front of the vaccine card to the Field school nurse at tgastelum@district31.net or mail a copy to Field School, 2055 Landwehr Road. We appreciate your help in keeping our records up to date so we can better ensure the health and safety of our community. At any point over the summer, we welcome vaccine card information.
